Return & Exchange Policy

This Exchange Policy applies to ornera.in shop:

1. You need to share the name and image of the product via email at

2. contact@ornera.in within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows

3. Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is damaged or if an incorrect item was received (i.e., different from what was ordered).

4. If the received product is damaged or defective, we will send a replacement of the same model. We cannot exchange it for a different model. In case the same model is not available then we will ask you to choose the different model with the same price. If you choose the model with a higher price then the additional charges will be paid by the customer. In case you choose the model with lesser price than the exchanged model then no money would be returned.

5. The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags, packaging materials, courier receipt, invoice, and any other relevant documentation.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Orders can only be canceled within 4 hours of placing the order. This is applicable only to prepaid orders only.

2. After 4 hours, and once the order is processed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

3. However, returns are possible for all orders or products as per the exchange policy.
