Return/Exchange & Refund Policy
These policies apply to ornera.in shop:
You need to share the name and image of the product via email at contact@ornera.in within 48 hours from the time you received your product. We will then approve your return request and follow the next steps.
Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is damaged or if an incorrect item was received (i.e., different from what was ordered).
If the received product is damaged or defective, we will send a replacement of the same model. We cannot exchange it for a different model. In case the same model is not available then we will ask you to choose a different model with the same price. If you choose a model with a higher price then the additional charges will be paid by the customer. In case you choose a model with lesser price than the exchanged model then no money would be returned.
The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags, packaging materials, courier receipt, invoice, and any other relevant documentation.
